You’ll have structure, challenge and accountability, but always in a way that works for you. Every plan is personal, and the support continues between sessions through check-ins, voice notes and honest conversation. The kind that helps you stay consistent, not perfect.
Whether you’re coming back to exercise, wanting more direction in the gym, have a big goal or are just ready to feel like yourself again, coaching helps you find your rhythm and build strength that goes far beyond physical.

Focused on building confidence, strength and balance. Not before-and-after photos or 12 week plans.

1:1 Remote Coaching
The structure, support and accountability you’ve been missing.
FIKA Coaching is for women who want consistency, support and structure. You’ll get a personalised training plan that evolves as you do, regular check-ins to keep you on track, and coaching that fits around your real life, not the other way round.
Most of your coaching happens remotely, giving you the freedom and confidence to train independently, with the option to book extra, in-person sessions when you want extra guidance. It’s the perfect mix of structure, accountability and flexibility, helping you build strength that lasts, in and out of the gym.
1:1 Coaching with Face to Face Sessions
Hands-on Gym sessions and personalised Coaching with everything working together.
This is for you if you want that in-person support alongside everything else. Someone to guide you, challenge you and make sure you’re actually getting the most out of your training.
We use our sessions to build confidence, refine how you move and push things forward, while the rest of your training is structured and supported around it.
It’s not just the hour in the gym but everything working together.

Personal training is mainly about the hour you spend in the gym. Coaching is about everything that shapes your training. Your routines, your mindset, your confidence, your lifestyle and the things that get in the way.
You still get a structured strength programme, but you also get weekly check-ins, message support and a steady sense of direction. It’s about being supported throughout your whole week, not just during a session. -
