I believe that, whatever your experience or fitness level, every person has the right to move their body in a way that they love.

I am a female personal trainer, based in Cheltenham. A huge advocate of strength and resistance training but also of finding ways to move your body that feel good to you. I work through 1:1, face-to-face personal training sessions and coaching to help you build exercise into your weekly routine for good, regardless of your current fitness level and whatever your fitness goals might be. Prices are charged on a monthly basis and start from £100 per month.

I work from Cheltenham and all training involves face to face sessions which are held at GL52 Fitness or Elkstone Studios.

How Does It Work?

We’ll start off with a free, 30 minute telephone consultation to discuss your individual needs and goals. You’ll get a good understanding of how I work and we’ll make a plan for what your training could like with me. We’ll discuss all the specifics like what you’d like to achieve, how many times a week you’d like to train and what success looks like to you.

First up, your free 30min consultation

Next, your free 30min Foundations Session

At the end of our telephone consultation, we’ll book a time to meet together in the gym to run through your initial foundation session. This session is really important for a number of reasons: it allows you to see the gym space, to meet me face-to-face and for us to run through a lightweight session which helps give us a starting point for your personalised plan.

Its really important to me that you feel motivated and excited to start your journey with me so, both of these elements are offered before you make any kind of commitment with me - so you can feel really comfortable about working with me before you go ahead.

After your Foundations Sessions, we’ll agree on your weekly plan and start training together from your very next session. There are several monthly personal training packages which are designed to fit most people’s needs, providing flexible and tailored support to help you reach your goals. Charged on a monthly basis, each package is completely personalised to you—no one-size-fits-all approach here.

  • Honestly, I believe that exercise and moving your body with joy is for everyone. It doesn’t matter about your experience, gender, size, shape or goals. I’m here to try to help you navigate this journey. Having said that, I believe the relationship between coach and client is of the utmost importance and so it is important that we click in working together. If you have complex medical history or needs, then we need to explore the right coaching relationship for you, but every person deserves to have an initial conversation.

  • Personal Training and Coaching can be very powerful tools. If you’ve had a bad experience, it could be for a number of reasons that are unique to you and that experience. We will work together to understand what didn’t work for you and how we can address that this time around so there is no stop-starting.

  • No. I am so passionate about finding exercises for everyone regardless of their experience. It’s why I start with a fundamentals session, so that I can build a plan that is truly personalised to you. It can be intimidating when you are just starting out, but it is the perfect time to hire a coach to help you on your way.

  • I can help with weight loss and we will look at all things around diet exercise to help you reach those goals, if that is what is desired.
